Data processed

Apps may read Jira issue metadata, status history, project data, assignees and related fields required to calculate time-in-status reports and workflow risk.

Data stored

Apps may store configuration such as presets, working calendars, display preferences and risk thresholds using Atlassian Forge storage.

Support data

If you contact support, we process the information you send by email, such as screenshots, logs and your contact details.

No sale of data

We do not sell customer data. Data is used to operate, support and improve the app.
