Terms of Service — Time in Status Tracker
These terms govern your use of the Time in Status Tracker app ("the App"), a Jira Cloud application distributed by AXONZO SRL ("we", "us") through the Atlassian Marketplace.
1. Agreement
By installing or using the App you agree to these terms and to the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use, which govern the purchase, billing and distribution of the App. Where these terms and the Atlassian Marketplace Terms conflict, the Atlassian terms prevail for billing and distribution matters.
2. Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App on the Atlassian site(s) for which it is licensed, for the duration of a valid subscription, subject to these terms.
3. Billing
The App is sold through Atlassian (Paid via Atlassian). Pricing, invoicing, taxes, renewals and refunds are handled by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms. Apps are free for sites of up to 10 Atlassian users, per Atlassian's pricing model.
4. Acceptable use
You will not misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it beyond what Atlassian's platform permits, or use it to violate applicable law or your Atlassian agreement. The App is read-only and does not modify your Jira data.
5. Data
The App processes data solely within your Atlassian tenant on Atlassian infrastructure and stores no personal data on vendor systems. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Warranty and liability
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the App is limited to the fees you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Support and changes
Support is provided per the Support page. We may update the App and these terms; material changes will be reflected in the Marketplace listing and the effective date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Rights granted under these terms end on uninstallation or subscription expiry.
